Possibility that the older software isn't working right with the downgrade from 10 to 7? I know could buy a newer model camera and try that, but we are trying to be "cost effective". One thing I did try was downloading a newer camera installer and it seemed to work fine. These cameras have been in use since 2007-ish so they are fairly old. It is very strange that this is happening on 3 brand new computers that are being downgraded from Windows 10. I also have the QuickCam Fusions which have the exact same problem. But then the camera does not working in our software to capture photos. I can, however, plug the camera into the computer it is detected and a generic driver is downloaded. I have been using the lws110_圆4 installer software on Windows 7 for years without any issues, even on computers that are built with Windows 8 but then downgraded to Windows 7. I am purchasing these computers from Dell, and they are being downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7 during the build phase at Dell. I'm getting an error "Product requires a USB port" when trying to install the Logitech software for webcams on a brand new computer, this has happened on 3 brand new computers.
